| The Chicago Tribune Magazine Section, January 20, 2008, included an article, “A Modern-Day Romance. He embraces mid-century, she wants glamour. Enter designer Joan Craig to make a love match.” Joan Craig, founder of the architecture and interior design firm Lichten Craig, used Armand Lee’s mirrors with an antiqued reflective surface to help integrate the tastes of a confirmed modernist husband with his wife who wanted something “a bit more glamorous.” One of the mirrors is seen to the right of the fireplace, reflecting the image of the lady of the house descending the stairs. |
